Since 2010, the Australian Property Developers Association® Inc. (APDA) has operated as a not-for-profit charitable organisation dedicated to improving the affordability, accessibility, liveability and environmental sustainability of housing and other forms of development across Australia. We believe equitable access to quality housing is essential to the wellbeing of all Australians.
APDA brings together developers, consultants, advisors and policymakers to share insights, exchange experience, and raise standards across the industry. Through education, research, and constructive engagement with government and community stakeholders, we help create pathways for better housing outcomes and stronger, more liveable communities.
